Shipping policy

We use The Courier Guy as our chosen service provider.

Handling time - Orders are prepared for shipping during this period

• 1-2 days 
• Orders received after 3 pm South African time / GMT +2 hours, can only be dispatched the following day
  
• 2-3 days for Custom Orders

Shipping time - Orders are in transit between us and the customer, with the Courier guy. 

• Deliveries occur Monday to Friday as per The Courier Guy services
  
• 2-3 business days
• 4-5 days for outlying areas.  
• 14-21 days for Custom Orders

 

All orders are provided with a tracking number.
